WHO WE ARE
Dover Share Fund is a non-profit organization founded in 2008 with a mission to serve members of the Dover Community who need temporary assistance.
We are a non-religious 501(c)3 organization that operates under the fiscal supervision of the Dover Cooperative Ministries.
Dover Share is proud to be an all-volunteer organization overseen by an all-volunteer steering committee.
We are also proud to pass nearly 100% of funds we receive on to families in need.
WHAT WE DO
Dover Share helps members of the Dover community overcome temporary unforeseen hardships. Our grantees are typically working individuals who have suffered a setback that affects their ability to provide for themselves -- a health emergency for themselves or a family member, an unexpected home or car repair -- and who do not qualify for welfare assistance.
Dover Share gives these families the temporary support they need to get back on their feet.
Since 2008, Dover Share is proud to have helped over 200 individuals and 500 families! Many aid recipients have themselves become donors after their positive experience with Dover Share.
